Ingredients
Cilantro ( a little ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 200g ) |
Millet pepper ( 3 pieces ) | Garlic ( 1 head ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons span> ) |
How to make garlic mushrooms

1. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them and control the water for later use p>

2. Add half of the minced garlic to cold oil and saute until fragrant

4.Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar to taste

5. Pour minced garlic on the enoki mushrooms and steam for 8 minutes

6.Take out the pan and sprinkle with coriander

3.After the garlic turns slightly yellow, add the remaining minced garlic and millet pepper
Tips
Fry the minced garlic over low heat throughout the process.You can fry it in two times, fry half of it the first time, and then add the rest after it is golden brown
