Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms ( 2 ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Potatoes ( 1 ) | Yam ( 2 sections ) |
Chicken wings ( 5 pieces ) | Green onions ( 1 root ) |
Garlic ( 4 cloves ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount span> ) |
How to make Sibao roasted chicken wings

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2.Cut various side vegetables.

3. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

4. Add chicken wings and stir-fry to dry out the water.

5. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry for a while.

6.Add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
