Cooked haggis (lamb heart, liver, lungs) ( One plate ) | Dried red pepper ( half ) |
Green and red chili peppers ( one each ) | green onions Minced garlic ( a little ) |
Minced garlic ( a little ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper powder ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
How to make fried haggis

1. Slice the cooked haggis, shred the peppers, and mince the onions and garlic.

2. Heat a wok over high heat, add oil, and stir-fry chili peppers.

3.Add in minced green onions and haggis and stir-fry.

4. Add pepper powder, light soy sauce and salt to taste.

5.Add minced garlic and turn off the heat.

6.Install the disk.
