Shiitake mushrooms: rash
Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms (5) | Chives (A few ) |
Xiaomi Spicy ( 3 pieces ) | Garlic ( 1 head ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | |
Sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make garlic mushrooms

1.Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems and set aside

2. Chop the garlic into puree and cut the spicy millet into rings

3.Put half of the minced garlic in a hot pan with cold oil and fry until golden

4.Add the remaining garlic and millet pepper

5.Join Light Soybean , oyster sauce, salt and sugar to taste, pour in the mushrooms and steam for 15 minutes

6. Remove from the pan and plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips
Very spicy and delicious! When making minced garlic, be sure to use low heat to avoid burning
