Quail eggs: protect liver, enhance immunity, delay aging
Ingredients
Tomato ( 1 ) | Quail eggs ( 20 pieces ) |
Small fungus ( A few ) | Salt ( 5g ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Green onions (half root) |
Ginger ( small pieces ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Soybean paste ( 1 tsp ) | Sweet potato starch ( a little ) |
Oyster sauce ( a little ) | Clear water (small half bowl) |
How to make braised quail eggs with tomatoes

1.Pour the washed quail eggs into a pot with water

2. Cook, remove and set aside

3.Peel off the quail egg shells

4. Pour 70% oil into the pot and pour in the peeled quail eggs

5. Slowly fry the quail eggs over low heat until they become like tiger skin, remove and set aside

6. Chop onion and ginger and set aside, cut a little green onion and set aside
