How to cook twice-cooked pork

1. Prepare the ingredients (sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the carrots).

2. Slice the cooked pork knuckle, slice the carrot, cut the pepper into cubes, and mince the onion and garlic.

3. Heat the oil in the wok until it is 50% hot, add the carrot slices and stir-fry for a while.

4. Add the chopped green onion and pepper and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add the meat slices and stir-fry for a while.

6.Add seasoning to taste.

7. Add minced garlic and stir fry.

8.Plate and serve.
Tips
This is our own improved version of twice-cooked pork, not the authentic Sichuan style twice-cooked pork.
1.Don’t cut the cooked meat slices too thin
2.Because the meat slices are cooked, the vegetables are also easy to cook, so they will be cooked after a short stir-fry
3.Stir-frying time The length depends on personal preference.If you like it soft and waxy, bake it shorter; if you like it dry and fragrant, bake it longer.
