Oyster sauce ( a spoonful ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) div> |

How to make sweet and sour poached eggs

1. Slice onion and garlic for later use

2. Fry the eggs until both sides are golden and set aside

3.Put salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl , dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and a little water to make a juice and set aside

4. Heat the oil in a pan Add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Put in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil

6.Put in the fried poached eggs and cook for 5-10 minutes to taste

8.Pour out and garnish with black sesame seeds

7.Reduce the juice over high heat and add water starch to thicken it
