Bacon ( 300g ) | Garlic moss ( 200g ) |

How to stir-fry bacon with garlic moss

1. Wash the bacon and steam it for 15 minutes

2.Then clean and cut into thin slices

3.Cut the garlic into inch-long sections, whiten the green onion, mince the ginger, and cut the millet and pepper into rings

4.Heat oil in a pan and sauté millet, pepper, ginger and green onion

5.Add garlic moss and stir-fry until cooked, then add bacon and stir-fry

6. Then add an appropriate amount of water, stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes, then take it out of the pot and put it on a plate.

Tips
① The bacon is relatively salty, so I didn’t add any salt.I poured some light soy sauce on it to give it just the right salty taste!
② If you like MSG or chicken essence, you can also add seasoning.
