Ingredients
Cucumber (1 root) | Peanuts ( 100g span> ) |
Shrimp ( 200g ) | Salt ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Very fresh taste ( 2 spoons ) | |
Starch ( 1 spoon ) | Chopped green onion ( 1 small handful ) |
Ginger powder ( a small amount ) |
How to stir-fry shrimp

1.Wash the shrimps, add starch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

2. Wash and dice the cucumber and set aside

3. Chop the green onions and mince the ginger and set aside

4. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, Stir-fry the peanuts in the pot and set aside, set aside over low heat

6.Add the shrimp and stir-fry evenly

7.Add in diced cucumber and stir-fry evenly
