Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make pepper and potato shreds

2. Peel the potatoes, wash and shred them.

3.Rinse the cut potato shreds several times, soak in clean water and set aside.

4.Cut the green onion, garlic, and dried peppercorns into shreds with scissors.

5. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, add onion, garlic and shredded pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Pour in the shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

7. Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little water and stir-fry until cooked.

8. Pour in vinegar.

9. Add salt and stir-fry the chicken essence evenly.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
Wash the shredded potatoes several times to remove the surface starch and make them crispier.
