How to stir-fry chicken gizzards with celery

1. Wash the chicken gizzards and put them into a pot of boiling water.Blanch until the color changes, take out and let cool

2. Cut the chicken gizzards into moderately thick slices , too thin and easy to shrink when fried, too thick and unable to be fried

3.Pick off the leaves of celery and leave the stems, wash and cut into small sections of about 4-5 cm in length
