Salted yellow croaker ( 1 ) | Ginger ( 7-8 slices ) |
White vinegar ( 3 tablespoons ) | White sugar ( 1 tablespoon ) |

How to steam salted fish

1.Clean the salted fish and drain it.

2. Cut the ginger into shreds and the green onions.
