Ingredients
| Goose ( 2000g ) | Corn oil ( One tablespoon ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper powder ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 teaspoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 2 teaspoons ) |
Cooking wine ( 2 tsp ) | Green onions ( 20 Grams ) |
Ginger ( 7 grams ) | Octagonal ( 1 flower ) | Geranium leaves ( 3 ) | Dried red pepper ( half ) |

1. Wash the goose.

2.Chop into small pieces.

3. Blanch in a pot under cold water to remove the blood foam.

4. Remove, wash and drain.

5. Prepare the seasoning.

6.Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot.Add the large goose cubes and turn them over.Saute for a while.

7. Add the seasonings and stir-fry for a while.

8. Add water to the pot to cover the meat, add pepper powder and light soy sauce , dark soy sauce, cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for an hour and a half.

9. Collect the soup and serve on a plate.
Tips
