Pig blood ( 800 grams ) | Mushrooms ( 1200g ) |

How to make pig blood with mushrooms

1.Wash the pig blood slices

2.Carrot slices

3.Garlic sprouts cut into sections, white garlic leaves opened separately

4.Ginger shreds

5. Roll the mushrooms in boiling water, remove, wash and set aside

6. Heat oil in a pot and saute shredded garlic and white ginger until fragrant
