Tofu: Moisturizing
Ingredients
Tofu (1 piece) | Doubanjiang (1 spoon span> ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) div> | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Sugar ( half spoon ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Sichuan pepper oil ( a little ) | Water starch ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make spicy tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. After the water in the pot boils, add the tofu and blanch it, cool it and set aside.Let the tofu set.

3. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic into mince.

4. After the oil in the pot is hot, add the onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
