Ingredients
Pork belly ( 300g ) | Carrot ( 40g ) |
Pepper ( 15g ) | Dried red chili pepper ( 5g ) div> |

Ginger ( 7 grams ) | Corn oil ( 10g ) |
Salt ( 2g ) | Cooking wine ( 1 tsp ) |

Recipe for stir-fried pork belly with peppers and carrots

1.Pork belly slices

2. Slice carrots, shred peppers, and cut dry red peppers into sections

3.Shred the ginger, mince the garlic and green onions

4.Put the pork belly slices in cold water., blanch to remove the blood foam

5. Remove, wash and drain the water

6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the pork belly slices and stir-fry for 1 minute to remove the fat inside the pork belly.Stir some out

7.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a while

Tips
1.Before frying the pork belly Blanching it first can better remove the fat and fishy smell of the meat, which will enhance the flavor.
2.When frying meat, be sure to add less corn oil, because some oil will come out of the meat.
