How to make goose stewed with potatoes

1.Picture of finished product.

2. Blanch the goose meat, remove and control the moisture.

3.Cut green onion and garlic.

4. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

5. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add onion, garlic, ginger powder, thirteen Sauté until fragrant.

6. Pour in the goose meat and stir-fry, add oil, dark soy sauce and cooking wine , stir-fry the light soy sauce until it becomes coloured.

7.Add hot water, star anise, dried chili pepper, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 25 minutes.

8.Pour in the potatoes and continue to simmer until the potatoes are soft.

9.Add salt and heat the chicken essence to reduce the juice.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
