Shrimp and mushrooms How to make rapeseed

1.Cut garlic slices and ginger shreds, carrot slices, wash the shrimps and set aside

2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half.Then boil water for 1 minute

3.Wash and pick the rapeseed

4. Heat oil and fry shrimp until golden brown on both sides.Use remaining oil to sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Put in the mushrooms, appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, and sugar, and stir-fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add carrot slices and rapeseed and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes before serving.
