Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Green onions ( 1/4 root ) |
Salt ( 2 spoon ) | Steamed fish soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make fried tofu
1. Cut tofu into cubes and soak in salt water
2. Control the water content of the tofu and coat it with starch (if you like it tenderer, you can coat it with a layer of egg liquid).Chop the green onions and set aside

3. Fry the tofu cubes first (you can just sprinkle some salt and pepper and enjoy a few pieces) )

4. Leave the base oil in the pot and sauté the green onions.You can add more green onions

5.Add tofu and stir-fry slightly

6.Add light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, white pepper, and salt and pepper to enhance the flavor
