How to make stir-fried pork belly and bitter melon slices

1.Wash the bitter melon and cut it in half, remove the pulp, and defrost the pork belly in advance.

2.Use a slanted blade for bitter gourd.

3.Peel and slice the pork belly, and chop the onions, ginger and garlic.

4.Place the bitter melon on a plate and set aside.
