How to make Nanru Braised Pork

3.Prepare the required ingredients

4. Put the pork belly in a pot with cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, and scallions, blanch them to remove any blood foam, and wash them with warm water.

5. First stir-fry the pork belly until it turns yellow and becomes oily, then serve it out.
