Ingredients
Minced pork (300g) | Beans ( 400g span> ) |
Soybean oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |

Cornstarch ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( small pieces ) |
Garlic ( 2 pcs ) | Cornstarch ( Adequate amount ) |

How to make minced pork and beans

1.Wash and cut the beans into cubes

2. Chop the meat.Add salt, cooking wine and marinate with cornstarch.Make for 8 minutes

3.Cut the dried chilies.Cut the ginger and garlic

4.Cut green onions

5.Put the beans into a pot, add water and cook until cooked through

6.Put the beans through water and take them out

7. Heat the oil in the pot.Add the dried chili pepper and ginger.Saute the minced garlic until fragrant.Add the beans and stir-fry

8. Season with salt and a little MSG.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips
Add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to the minced meat.Marinate it to remove the fishy smell and make it refreshing and tender.
