How to stir-fry lotus root with meat

1.Peel and slice the white lotus root, blanch it and drain it with cold water

2. Heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry the meat slices, onion and ginger until fragrant

3.Saute until the color turns white and the fragrance comes out

4.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, stir well, and color
