How to make beef tenderloin with green pepper

2.Cut beef tenderloin into thin slices

3.Cut green and red peppers

4.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

5. Marinate the beef with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, egg white, and starch for fifteen minutes.

6. Heat the oil and fry the beef until medium-cooked.

7. Leave the oil and fry the onion, ginger and garlic.

8.Add green and red peppers and stir-fry

9.Put in the soy sauce and stir well

10.Add salt to taste

11.Add in the fried beef.

12. Stir-fry for one minute and remove.

Tips
There is no need to fry the beef until it is fully cooked, otherwise it will taste stale.Stir-fry over high heat and cook quickly.
