2. Soak the vermicelli in cold water in advance until soft.

3. Wash and cut the baby cabbage into four parts.

4.Cut green onion, minced garlic, and minced chili.

5. Rinse the soaked vermicelli several times and spread it on the bottom of the plate , pour in a little water.
