
Ingredients
Sauerkraut ( 350g ) | Wet vermicelli ( 150g ) |
green onions , ginger, garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Oil, salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | MSG (appropriate amount) |
Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pickled vegetable powder
1. Cut the sauerkraut into shreds, cook the vermicelli in water and set aside.(Refers to dry vermicelli, soaked in water and cooked in hot water)

2.Shred green onion and ginger , minced garlic.

3. Stir-fry peppercorns and aniseed in a hot pot.

4.Put oil in the pot, wait until the oil is hot, take out the peppercorns and aniseed.

5. Put the onion, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry for a while.

6.Add sauerkraut and stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes.

7. Then add the vermicelli and stir-fry a few times.

8.Add light soy sauce and salt.

9.Finally add the MSG, remove from the pan and plate.
Tips
When cutting the sauerkraut, use a knife to slice the sauerkraut horizontally a few times and then cut it into thin shreds.
