
Ingredients
Flower Clam ( 600 g ) | Garlic Chili Sauce ( 30g ) |
Onion ( a small piece ) | Ginger ( a little ) |
Cilantro ( a little ) |
How to make spicy fried clams

1. Wash the flower clams several times with clean water, otherwise there will be sand.

2.Cut onions, ginger, and coriander and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add onions and ginger and stir-fry 3, 4 , seconds.

4. Then pour in the washed clams and stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes.

5.Finally, pour in the garlic chili sauce and stir-fry until it is all opened.

6.Put it into a plate and sprinkle with coriander and serve.
Tips
Be sure not to fry for too long, put it on the plate as soon as it is all opened, otherwise it will be too cooked and you will not be able to bite it.
