Ingredients
Fish head (1 piece) | Tofu (1 large piece ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Dried chili pepper (appropriate amount) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Sugar ( Appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( Appropriate amount ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Garlic sprouts (appropriate amount) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Changzhou~How to cook braised fish head with tofu

1.Cut the tofu into pieces, wash the fish head and set aside

2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and dried chili

3.Ginger, dried chili pepper , stir-fry evenly and saute until fragrant

4.After sauteing, add the fish Head

5.Fry the fish head on both sides until golden

6.Pour in the cooking wine

7.Then pour boiling water to cover two-thirds of the fish head

8.Add dark soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir together and cook over high heat

9.After the high heat comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 8 minutes, then add the tofu and continue cooking over high heat
