Bitter melon ( 2 roots ) | Bacon ( Serves 2 ) |
Onions (appropriate amount) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
Dried chili pepper ( 4 pcs ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry bacon with bitter melon

1.Wash the bitter melon and set aside.

2. Cut the bitter melon into thin slices, add 1 spoon of sugar and 1 spoon of salt.(Cut the bitter melon thinner so it doesn’t taste so bitter.If you don’t like bitterness, you can add more sugar)

3.Wash the onions, garlic, and dried chili peppers, cut them into pieces and set aside.

4. Slice the cooked bacon and set aside.

5. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up.

6.Pour the bacon into the pot and stir-fry until the fat becomes transparent.That is as shown in the figure.

7. Push the bacon away and add the onions, garlic and dried chilies prepared in advance Sauté in oil until fragrant.

8. Pour in the bitter melon that has been pickled for about 30 minutes.

9.Continue to stir-fry until the bitter melon becomes thin and starts to turn slightly yellow.

10. After frying, take it out of the pot.
