3. Add salt, cooking wine, green onions and ginger slices and marinate for fifteen minutes.

4. Prepare shredded onions, ginger and red pepper.

Tips
1.Don’t use too much salt for pickled fish.There is salt in the steamed fish soy sauce to prevent it from being too strong.

4.The time for steaming fish should not be too long, otherwise the fish will be too old.
