How to make spicy and sour potato shreds

1.Potato peeling Wash the skin and set aside.

2.Cut into thin strips.

3.Put it into a bowl, pour in water to prevent the potatoes from turning yellow, and set aside.

4. Wash and cut garlic, onions and dried chilies and set aside.

5. Pour the shredded potatoes into hot water and blanch it for about 30 seconds.(This can remove the starch in the potatoes and prevent them from sticking to the pan when frying)
