How to make white meat with garlic paste

1.Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, clean the pork belly and put it into the pot, and heat it over medium heat.

2. Prepare a cucumber, clean it, and remove the head and tail.

3. Cut the cucumber in half in the middle.

4. Then flatten the cucumber with the back of a knife and cut into small diamond-shaped segments.

6.Peel the garlic, remove the stems, and clean it.

7. Then put the garlic into a garlic pounder and add 1/3 spoon of salt.

Tips
1.When cooking pork belly, cook it for as long as possible.Be sure to cook the meat thoroughly.Transparent;
