Chili pepper ( 60g ) | Oil ( 10g ) |

How to make twice-cooked pork

1.Pork belly slices

2.Slice purple onion

3.Shred pepper

4.Garlic slices

5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the garlic slices and saute until fragrant

6.Add pork belly and stir-fry for a while

7.Add pepper powder

8.Add light soy sauce

9.Add chili shreds and stir-fry for a while
