Lamb chops ( 500g ) | Radish ( 220g ) |

Wolfberry (appropriate amount) | |
Cooking wine ( 2 tablespoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 1 ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
How to cook mutton chops and stewed radish

1. Wash and chop the mutton chops

2. Blanch in a pot under cold water to remove the blood foam

3. Remove, wash and drain the water

4. Cut the white radish into cubes and set aside

5.Chop green onions and ginger separately

6.Put the lamb chops into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add onion, ginger and wolfberry

7. Add the remaining seasonings and cook over medium heat for 40-50 minutes, add the radish cubes and continue to simmer for 10 minutes

Tips
