Ingredients
Large intestine ( 500g ) | Green pepper ( 1 ) |
Red pepper ( 1 ) | Celery ( 10 grams ) |
Garlic sprouts ( 1 root ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Ginger slices ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to stir-fry large intestine

1. Wash and cut green and red peppers, garlic sprouts, celery and set aside
