How to make braised chicken with tea tree mushrooms

1.Main Ingredients.

2. Peel and smash the garlic, and cut the green onion into small pieces with a diagonal knife.Cut the ginger into slices.

3.Put water, chicken, onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, and add some cooking wine.Boil the blood from the chicken.

4. Boil the chicken until it turns white and remove.

5. Wash the chicken in cold water and remove the excess onions, ginger and garlic.

6.Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot.

7. Add chicken and stir-fry until the surface turns yellow.

8.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Tips
Star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves are used to remove the flavor of the chicken.They cannot be stewed all the time, otherwise they will affect the flavor of the chicken.
