Ingredients
Pork Ribs ( 2 pounds ) | Potatoes ( 2 ) |
Frozen tofu ( Erliang ) | Vermicelli ( A small amount ) |

How to braise pork ribs

1.Clean the meat
-

2. Boil the water and remove and set aside

3. Prepare the seasonings , put the ginger slices, peppercorns, aniseed, bay leaves, and cinnamon into the seasoning box.

4. Add the blanched meat to the pressure cooker, add water, cover the meat with water, and add the seasoning box , remove the foam after the water boils.

5.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and onion, ginger and garlic to adjust your favorite s color.Set the pressure cooker to meat mode and cook for 20 minutes.

8.Soak the vermicelli and set aside

9.Cook the potatoes, add the broth used to stew the ribs, and add frozen tofu , simmer for 15 minutes, add vermicelli, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

10. Add chopped green onion to the vegetables stewed in broth.
