My home-style tofu recipe

1. Wash and prepare the ingredients.Cut the tofu into small pieces.Cut cucumbers and carrots into hobs

2.Prepare minced garlic

Tips
Be sure to use old tofu, as tender tofu will not be fragrant or chewy when fried.
