Ingredients
Fresh clam meat ( 300g ) | Celery ( One ) |
Haitian soybean paste ( Two teaspoons span> ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Red pepper ( 3 pieces ) | Oyster sauce ( One teaspoon ) |
Salt, sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fresh clams with soy sauce

1.Remove impurities from fresh clam meat, wash and control water and set aside

2. Wash and cut onions, ginger, garlic, peppers and celery and set aside

3. Pour oil into the pot and heat Stir-fry onions, ginger, garlic and chili until 70% hot, add two teaspoons of soybean paste, mix well and stir-fry

4.Pour in the shellfish and continue to stir fry for a few times, then add a teaspoon of oyster sauce
