Ingredients
Pork ribs ( 300g ) | Tofu ( 300g ) |

How to make braised tofu with spareribs

1.Main materials.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces of two square centimeters.

3. Cut the ginger into slices.

4. Cut the red pepper into small triangular pieces.

5.Crush the garlic with a knife.

6.Put water into the pot, add ribs, ginger, green onions and cooking wine.Turn on high heat.

7.Cook until the ribs turn white.

8. Remove the ribs and wash them in cold water and set aside.

9. Heat oil in a pot.

10. Add in star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

11.Add in the pork ribs and continue stir-frying.

12. Stir-fry the ribs for a few times and then add the onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

13.Add soy sauce to color the ribs.

14. Stir-fry the poured soy sauce evenly so that the ribs are evenly colored.

15.Pour into a bowl of water.

16. Add tofu and red pepper.

17.Put in a spoonful of salt.

18. Spread the ingredients so that the water covers all the ingredients and cover the pot.

19. Add allspice powder and MSG to the pan over high heat and stir-fry evenly before serving.

20.Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving.
