Ingredients
Pleurotus eryngii ( 1 ) | Green and red peppers ( 1 each ) |
Ginger ( A small piece ) | Garlic ( One clove ) |
Red bean paste ( 10g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fish-flavored king oyster mushrooms

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.First cut the king oyster mushroom into two sections, then tear into thin strips.
It is recommended to tear it by hand.Personally, I think it is better than cutting it.
3. Cut green and red peppers into thin strips.

4.Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add minced ginger, garlic and red bean paste and stir-fry fragrant.

5.Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

6.Add green and red bell peppers and stir-fry until they change color.

Tips
