How to make fish-flavored shredded pork

1. Cut the lean meat into shreds.

2. Add starch, cooking wine, salt and a small amount of oil and marinate evenly for 30 minutes.

3. Cut the carrot into shreds.

4. Cut the fungus into shreds.

5. Cut the green pepper into shreds.

6.Cut the garlic into slices.
