Oyster sauce ( 20g ) | Barbecue Sauce ( 20g ) |

How to roast leg of lamb

1.Wash the leg of lamb and cut it at the joints (my air fryer cannot fit in it, so don’t cut it if conditions permit)

3.Pour Oyster sauce

4.Add sugar

5.Pour in cooking wine

6.Add pepper

7.Add minced garlic and chili powder

8.Pour in barbecue sauce

9.Stir evenly

10. Mix well Spread the sauce on the leg of lamb

11.Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate it for more than 10 hours

12.Insert the marinated lamb leg on the grill and put it into the air fryer p>

13.Rotate and bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour

14.Roasted

1.Adjust the amount of chili powder by yourself.
