Steamed buns ( 2 pieces ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Tomatoes ( 1 ) | Eggplant ( 1 ) |
Ham ( 2 roots ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Dried red chili peppers ( 3 pcs ) | Onion ( Half ) |

Fried eggplant with tomatoes How to make fried steamed buns

1.Do it Red pepper, onion, cut into small pieces.Cut the steamed buns into small pieces and dice the ham.Cut tomatoes into cubes and eggplant into small pieces.Ingredients are on standby.

2. Put the steamed buns, ham and eggs in a small basin and mix well.

3. Heat the oil in the pan and add half of the dried red pepper you just prepared , onion, and the other half will be used for frying the eggplant later.Stir-fry until fragrant and add the mixed steamed buns.Stir fry and add salt.

4. Stir-fry and set aside.

5. Heat the oil in the pan again, add the other half of the dried red pepper and onion.Add the tomatoes after sauteing, stir-fry for a few seconds and then add the eggplant.(If the pot is a little dry, add some water.) After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of salt.

6.Pour the fried tomatoes and eggplants into the freshly fried steamed buns.That’s it.
