Cola chicken wings How to do

1. Make two cuts on each chicken wing.It is easy to taste.I personally don’t like marinating it first.The taste is too strong.Just blanch it

2.Prepare ginger slices and minced garlic

3.Put the rock sugar into the pot, fry the sugar color, add the chicken wings, and turn on the heat.Stir-fry until coloured, add a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, add ginger slices, minced garlic and shallots and stir-fry together

4.Add a bottle of Coke just enough to coat the chicken wings, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat

5. For about 25 minutes, turn to high heat to reduce the juice, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds.
Tips
Easy to learn, just add a little salt beforehand and don’t need too much
