How to stir-fry shredded pork with lotus root

1. Prepare ingredients for later use

2.Clean and shred the pork, put it into a bowl, add a little light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch, stir evenly, and marinate for ten minutes

3.Peel, clean and cut the lotus root into shreds

4.Cut the carrots, onions and garlic separately
