Shiitake mushrooms: clear up rash

Ingredients
Silky tofu ( 200g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 10 ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Doubanjiang ( a spoonful ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
| Onions ( One ) | Garlic ( Two petals ) |
Starch water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make braised tofu with mushrooms

1.Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash and cut the tofu into cubes.

3. Chop the onions and garlic and set aside.

4. Wash and cut the mushrooms into cubes

5. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add bean paste and stir-fry

7. Add tofu and stir-fry together, add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

8.Add appropriate amount of water and cook until flavorful

9.Finally, pour in starch water and stir-fry
10.After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion

6. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes.
