How to make tomato beef brisket

1. Preparation: ① Soak beef brisket in cold water, remove blood and cut into pieces.② Chop the onion, ginger and garlic.③Cut the mushrooms and set aside the ingredients.

2.Put the beef brisket cubes into a pot of cold water and boil to remove the blood foam

3.Peel the tomatoes in hot water, cut into pieces and set aside
