Minced garlic ( 3 grams ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |

Soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | Pepper ( 2 grams ) |
How to make stir-fried vermicelli with chicken
1. Soak the vermicelli 1 hour in advance until soft, then drain and set aside.
Cut the chicken legs into strips and marinate with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
Wash and slice the mushrooms.Cut onions into thin strips.
Cut the carrots into shreds.Cut green onions and coriander into sections.Minced ginger and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.

3. Add chicken legs and stir fry until it changes color.

4. Add shredded carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat.

5. Add vermicelli, white sugar and soy sauce and stir-fry for 5 minutes until soft and cooked.

6.Add scallions, coriander, and onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
Stir-frying the entire process can bring out the original flavor of the ingredients.
Onions, spring onions, and coriander are added last to ensure the aroma and taste.White sugar is added to enhance the freshness and enrich the taste.
