Ingredients
Black pepper steak ( 100g ) | Mushrooms ( 100g ) |
Carrot ( 80g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

Recipe for stir-fried mushrooms with black pepper steak

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2. Cut the steak into strips and slice the carrots and mushrooms.

3. Boil water, blanch the mushrooms for 2 minutes, remove and drain the water spare.
